How fast will my order be shipped?

Orders received before 2 p.m. PST will normally ship the same day and after 2 p.m. will ship the next business day. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, except holidays. All orders placed between 2 p.m. PST Friday through weekend will ship on Monday, pending availability and credit approval. Next day delivery orders placed on Friday after 2 p.m. PST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

What method of shipping will be used?

Inside the continental U.S. we ship using United States Postal Service or UPS. We use United States Postal Service or UPS for most international shipments.

Do you ship to a P. O. Box address?

We do not ship to PO Boxes.



Returns & Exchanges - 30 Day Guarantee

We will gladly replace items that have been damaged in transit with the same item you originally ordered. To be eligible for a replacement, you must first email Customer Support within 7 days of receiving the damaged item at info.1000ideasentertainment@gmail.com to alert our team of the damage. *If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Please contact our Customer Support team at info.1000ideasentertainment@gmail.com to start the replacement process. Please include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Proof of Purchase
  • Video or photo of the damaged product
  • Complete delivery address

How do I return an item?

We will send your new replacement order at no additional shipping cost. You must return the damaged item to:
